地方高校文化产业协同创新平台运行的困境与对策

摘　　要：2019年4月,教育部正式启动我国高校一流本科专业建设。在此背景下,高校文化产业专业更加注重对学生综合实践能力和解决复杂问题能力的培养。从国家文化产业化发展趋势对人才需求的角度而言,上述能力更显重要。目前,地方高校协同创新平台在建设和运行中存在诸如企业项目与高校实践教学需求错位、校企双方在平台中获益失衡等问题。地方高校文化产业专业可以通过建立联盟的方式,形成互补与合力,跨地域引入文化产业企业,集中项目资源,建立以专业联盟为主导的多元创新平台,实现企业与高校的深度合作。In April 2019,the Ministry of Education officially launched the construction of first-class undergraduate majors in Chinese universities.Under this background,the cultural industry speciality in universities pays more attention to the cultivation of comprehensive practical ability and the ability to solve complex problems,which are more important.At present,there are some difficulties in the construction and operation of the collaborative innovation platform of local universities.For example,there are differences between the needs of enterprise projects and the practical teaching of universities,and the benefits of the platform are not equal between the two sides.In order to solve these problems,the cultural industry speciality of local universities can form professional joint forces by establishing professional alliances,introducing cultural industry enterprises across regions,pooling project resources,establishing diversified innovation platforms led by professional alliances,and deepening the functions of collaborative innovation platforms.
