摘　　要：针对包头东华热电有限公司发生的一起循环水泵电机转子铜条断裂故障,分析了笼型电机转子铜导条发生断裂的常见原因,并从设计工艺和维护角度提出防止铜条断裂的相应措施,为防止高压电机转子断条提供参考。In view of a copper bar fracture fault of circulating water pump motor rotor in Baotou Donghua Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,the common causes of copper bar fracture of cage motor rotor were analyzed.From the design process and maintenance point of view,the corresponding measures to prevent copper bar fracture were put forward,which provided reference for preventing rotor bar breaking of high voltage motor.
