摘 要:随着智能变电站的推广和应用,继电保护设备智能化、信息化方面得到了较快发展。提出一种通过远程采集继电保护及其二次回路状态监测信息,实现继电保护远程巡检和全景展示及保护模拟量、保护动作行为、保护参数配置实时在线分析,并为二次安全措施及保护装置检修提供可靠的技术支撑,提升了继电保护设备精益化管理水平,提高了运维检修效率和电网故障处理能力。With the promotion and application of intelligent substation,the intelligent and information-based relay protection equipment has developed rapidly.A method of remote acquisition of relay protection and its secondary circuit state monitoring information was proposed.Remote inspection and panoramic display of relay protection,real-time online analysis of protection analog quantity,protection action behavior and protection parameter configuration were implemented.The reliable technical support for secondary safety measures and maintenance of protection devices were proposed,which improved the lean management level of relay protection equipment,and improved the operation and maintenance efficiency and power grid fault handling ability.
