摘 要:为了满足循环流化床气化对粉煤粒径的需求,使用中速碗式磨煤机系统多次进行了粉煤制备实验,根据多次实验的操作经验及实验中遇到的各种问题,总结分析出了粉煤制备系统的重要控制点有:系统氧含量、磨煤机出口温度、系统压力、循环风露点温度。主要注意点有:粉煤分离器反吹系统运行稳定性、称量给煤系统运行稳定性、粉煤取样系统设置合理性。In ord to meet that requirement of the gasification of the circulating fluidized bed for the particle size of the pulverized coal,the preparation experiment of pulverized coal was carried out many times by using the medium speed bowl coal mill system.According to the operation experience of many experiments and arious problems encountered in the experiment,the important control points of pulverized coal preparation system are summarized and analyzed,including the following points:system oxygen content,outlet temperature of coal mill,system pressure,circulating air dew point temperature.The main attention includes the following points:operation stability of back-blowing system of pulverized coal separato,the operation stability of the weighing coal system,the rationality of the setting of the pulverized coal sampling system.
