摘　　要：目的:讨论枸橼酸坦度螺酮治疗失眠伴焦虑状态的疗效。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年12月于成都大学附属医院神经内科门诊及住院就诊的失眠伴有焦虑状态的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予枸橼酸坦度螺酮联合右佐匹克隆口服药物治疗,对照组仅给予右佐匹克隆口服改善睡眠治疗。疗程均为45 d,分别评估2组患者治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)以及医院焦虑抑郁情绪测量表(HADS)评分。结果:经上述治疗后,2组患者的PSQI及HADS焦虑评分(HADS-A)均有下降(P<0.05),但观察组较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:枸橼酸坦度螺酮可有效改善失眠伴有焦虑状态患者的睡眠质量。Objective:Observing the efficacy of tandospirone citrate in the Treatment of insomnia with anxiety state.Methods:A total of 80 patients diagnosed as insomnia with anxiety state between October 2018 and December 2019 were included.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40).40 patients in experimental group received oral medication of tandospirone citrate and eszopiclone and 40 patients in control group only received eszopiclone therapy.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)scores of experimental group and control group were compared before treatment and 45 days later.Results:Significant statistic differences of PSQI and HADS-A scores were both found in experimental group and control group after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but PSQI and HADS-A scores of experimental group after treatment declined more obviously compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tandospirone citrate can effectively improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients with anxiety.
