摘　　要：目的:分析腹腔镜悬吊手术及吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)在重度直肠脱垂治疗中的疗效。方法:选取2019年6—12月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院收治的重度直肠脱垂患者40例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组给予腹腔镜悬吊手术,观察组给予PPH治疗,研究观察2组患者的并发症情况、手术时间、住院时间以及睡眠质量情况。结果:观察组出现并发症的例数低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者PQSI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组PQSI各项评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用PPH治疗,可以缩短患者的治疗时间,减少并发症的发生,具有较高的安全性。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of laparoscopic suspension surgery and anastomotic hemorrhoids(PPH)in the treatment of severe rectal prolapse.Methods:From June to December 2019,40 patients with severe rectal prolapse admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China were selected as the subjects.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,20 cases in each group.laparoscopic suspension surgery was given in the control group and PPH treatment was given in the observation group.the complications,operation time,hospitalization time and sleep quality of the patients in the 2 groups were studied and observed.Results:The number of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,the PQSI scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference No statistical significance(P>0.05);after treatment,the PQSI scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PPH treatment can shorten the treatment time of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications,and has a higher safety.
