手术室护理中融入人文关怀对睡眠状况的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析将人文关怀融入到手术室护理中对其睡眠状况的效果。方法:选取2018年7月至2019年11月在福建省立医院南院手术室接受手术治疗的患者72例作为研究对象,以随机抽签的方法分成对照组(常规手术室护理)和观察组(常规手术室护理+人文关怀),每组36例。比照2组患者的睡眠状况、不良情绪情况与护理满意度。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者的睡眠质量评分、惊醒次数、入睡时间与不良情绪评分均更低,其护理满意度与睡眠时间均更高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将人文关怀融入手术室护理中的效果理想,可改善患者的睡眠状况与不良情绪情况,患者满意度提高,应积极推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of humanistic care on sleep status in operating room nursing.Methods:A total of from July 2018 to November 2019,72 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected for the study,and randomly divided into control group(n=36,conventional operating room nursing)and experimental group(n=36,conventional operating room nursing+humanistic care).The sleep status,bad mood and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the patients in the experimental group had lower scores of sleep quality,waking times,sleep time and bad mood,and higher nursing satisfaction and sleep time(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of humanistic care in operating room nursing is ideal.It can improve the sleep and bad mood of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients,and should be actively promoted.
