类风湿性关节炎患者应用康复护理对睡眠质量评分的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:讨论类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者应用康复护理对睡眠质量的价值。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月福建省立医院风湿免疫科收治的类风湿性关节炎患者80例作为研究对象,以随机法分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(对照组基础上实施康复护理),每组40例。评判标准:护理效果、PSQI及症状体征评分。结果:观察组护理有效率的94.5%明显高于对照组的65%(P<0.05);观察组护理后的PSQI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的各项症状体征评分指标分布于0~1分的例数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理利于提高护理效果,促进患者症状及体征转归,改善其睡眠质量。Objective:To discuss the value of rehabilitation nursing for sleep quality of RA patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and research group(rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group)with 40 cases each.Evaluation criteria:nursing effect,PSQI and symptom and sign evaluation.Results:The effective rate of 94.5%in the study group was significantly higher than 65%in the control group(P<0.05);the PSQI score in the study group after nursing was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the number of patients in the study group whose scores of symptoms and signs ranged from 0~1 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing can improve the effect of nursing,promote the outcome of patients′symptoms and signs,and improve their sleep quality.
