摘 要:目的了解医务人员对患者安全文化认知情况及影响因素,为进一步完善提升医院安全文化水平提供科学依据。方法通过整群抽样的方式抽选该三级甲等综合医院的临床、医技科室和行政职能后勤部门的医务人员500名,采用医院患者安全文化评估量表(HSOPSC)对其进行匿名调查。结果发放问卷500份,回收有效问卷488份。不同性别、科室、职称、在医院工作年限、在科室工作年限的医务人员在HSOPSC评分方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,女性是高HSOPSC评分的促进因素,而在科室工作年限越长则促进了低HSOPSC评分的发生。结论该院医务人员对患者安全文化认知处于中上水平。应重视改进劣势区域,加大医疗安全培训,完善畅通而不被惩罚的差错报告机制,建立健全医院安全文化测评长效机制,促进医疗质量安全水平不断提升。Objective To understand the cognition situation of medical staff on patient safety culture and its influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for further improvement and promotion of hospital safety culture.Methods By cluster sampling,500 medical personnel from clinical,medical and technical departments and administrative logistics departments of the class A tertiary comprehensive hospital were selected.The anonymous survey was conducted with the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture(HSOPSC).Results Five hundred questionnaires were issued and 488 valid questionnaires were collected.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of HSOPSC among the medical staff with different genders,departments,professional titles,working years in the hospital and working years in the department(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that female was a contributing foctor to high HSOPSC scores,and longer working years in the departments promoted the occurrence of low HSOPSC scores.Conclusion The cognition of patient safety culture in the medical staff of the hospital is at the upper middle level.The disadvantages should be paid attention to and the defects should be improved,and the medical safety training should be strengthened.The unimpeded and unpunished error reporting mechanism should be improved,and the long-term evaluation mechanism of hospital safety culture should be established and improved to promote the continuous improvement of the medical quality and safety level.
