城市青少年身体活动环境和食物环境综合评估量表的操作化定义和信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:探讨城市青少年身体活动环境和食物环境综合评估指标体系的操作化定义和信效度检验,为国内影响城市青少年肥胖的人居实体环境因素相关研究提供有效的主观感知测量工具。方法:依据《中国城市青少年体质健康型人居实体环境评估指标体系》,对该指标体系中的三级指标进行操作化定义,操作化后的量表初稿先进行间隔7天的重测相关系数预测试,对相关系数较低的题目表述进行修改。之后再次调查,采用同质性信度、分半信度、重测信度进行信度评价和内容、结构效度的效度评价。结果:因子分析后提炼出8个维度(其中3个维度只有1题,5个维度有2题及以上)。量表总体Cronbach’α系数为0. 963,因子分析(KMO值为0. 949,Bartlett’s球形检验的近似χ2=7002.085,P<0.001)提炼出活动场所/设施便利情况、活动场所/设施安全情况、活动场所/设施舒适性情况、不健康食物环境情况和健康食物环境情况5个维度(2题及以上)的Cronbach’α系数分别为0. 912、0.787、0.909、0.927和0.854。量表总体Spearman-Brown相关系数为0.892,Spearman-Brown相关系数分别为0. 877、0.872、0.877、0.912和0.802。5个维度和量表总体分半信度均>0.8。有3个只有一个题目的维度ICC>0.7,而其他5个维度和量表总体ICC均>0.8,量表总体组内相关系数(ICC)为0.975。结论与建议:城市青少年身体活动环境和食物环境综合评估量表具体应用时具有较好的信度和效度。本量表除可用于纸质调查外,也可用于网络在线调查。用于现场或网络虚拟现场评估时,建议使用原指标体系的三级指标体系。量表各题目的权重建议可使用原指标体系中的权重分布。Objective To explore the operational definition as well as reliability and validity of the comprehensive assessment index system of physical activity environment and food environment for urban adolescents,so as to provide an effective and subjective perception measurement tool to explore the factors affecting the obesity of urban adolescents in China. Methods Operational definitions were given to the three-level indicators of The Index System of Physical Activity Environment and Healthy Habitat Entity Environment Assessment for China’s Urban Adolescents. The piloting test was conducted using the original draft at an interval of seven days,and those definitions with lower correlation coefficient were revised. Then the revised scale was evaluated its reliability using the homogeneity,splithalf and retest reliability,as well as its validity using the content and structure validity. Results The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.963. The KMO value was 0.949 and Bartlett spherical test showed statistical significance (χ2=7002.085,P=0.000). Factor analysis extracted the Cronbach’s α of five dimensions including the convenience, safety, comfort, unhealthy food environment and healthy food environment as 0.912,0.787,0.909,0.927 and 0.854,respectively. The overall Spearman-Brown correlation coefficient was 0.892. The Pearman-Brown correlation coefficients of the five dimensions were 0.877,0.872,0.877,0.912 and 0.802,respectively. The reliability of the five dimensions and the overall score-half of the scale were all greater than 0.8,which indicated that the scale had strong score-half reliability. Three dimensions with only one item ICC > 0.7,while the other five dimensions and the overall ICC of the scale were > 0.8,indicating that the scale had solid retest reliability. The overall intragroup correlation coefficient(ICC) of the scale was 0.975.
