基于产业链纵向协同创新的人力资本效率调控管理研究——以佛山新材料产业为例

摘　　要：文章从产业链协同创新层面对当下国家重点发展的战略性新兴产业——新材料产业的人力资本效率进行调控管理。其中,产业链又可细分出空间链、信息链、供应链、价值链4条子链,这样能更有效地更有针对性地对人力资本效率的调控提出建议。同时,结合三级递阶控制理论构建了以“产业集群—产业链—企业”为基本架构的人力资本效率三级递阶控制管理模型,为更好地实现产业链纵向协同创新提供了新的思路,并对现存问题提出相关的改进建议。This paper regulates and manages the efficiency of human capital of the new material industry which is the strategic emerging industry that our country develops at present.Among them,industry chain can be divided into four sub-chains:space chain,information chain,supply chain,value chain,which can put forward suggestions for regulating and controlling human capital efficiency more effectively and targetedly.At the same time,combining the three-level hierarchical control theory,the three-level hierarchical control management model of human capital efficiency based on“industrial cluster-industrial chain-enterprise”is established,which provides a new idea for better realizing industrial chain vertical cooperative innovation and puts forward some suggestions for improving the existing problems。
