摘　　要：文章围绕科技计划投入体制机制,选取北京、上海、广东、浙江、安徽和山东六省(市)为研究对象,从科技计划体系、科技计划投入结构、项目形成机制、立项组织机制等方面进行系统对比,总结先进经验,进而提出江苏省科技计划投入体制机制改革的思路。Based on the input system mechanism of sci-tech plans,this paper chooses Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Zhejiang,Anhui and Shandong provinces(cities)as the research objects,compares the system of sci-tech plans,the input structure of sci-tech plans,the formation mechanism of projects and the organization mechanism of projects,summarizes the advanced experience,and then puts forward the idea of the input system mechanism reform of sci-tech plans of Jiangsu.
