摘 要:异养硝化-好氧反硝化(HN-AD)菌能在好氧条件下异养硝化,将硝化产物转化为含氮气体快速脱氮,成为污水生物脱氮处理领域的研究热点。该文综述了近30年来已分离HN-AD菌株的种类、脱氮特性和代谢途径,重点总结了溶解氧、碳源和温度等条件对HN-AD菌生长和脱氮能力的影响,简述了HN-AD菌实际废水处理工艺的应用和研究现状,并对HN-AD菌的研究重点和技术应用前景进行了展望。Heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification(HN-AD)bacteria can remove ammonia nitrogen under aerobic conditions,and transform nitrification products to nitrogenous gas for rapid nitrogen removal.The advantages of HN-AD bacteria had made it become a research hotspot in the field of microbial denitrification of wastewater.This study comprehensively reviewed the distribution and metabolic pathway,species and biological characteristics.Effects of dissolved oxygen,ammonia nitrogen concentration,carbon sources,carbon-to-nitrogen ratio,and temperature on the growth and nitrogen removal of HN-AD bacteria were summarized.Then the application and research status of HN-AD bacteria in actual wastewater treatment were explored.Finally,the perspectives for research focus and technology application of HN-AD bacteria were discussed.
