摘　　要：近年来,黄河一直受到环境问题的困扰。随着黄河流域经济的迅速发展,各种废弃物源源不断地排放,污染了黄河水质。面对黄河污染的窘境,应建立健全污水防治体系,加大污水综合治理处罚力度,积极调整产业结构,倡导节约用水。In recent years,the Yellow River has been plagued by environmental problems. With the rapid development of economy,various wastes are continuously discharged,polluting the water quality of the Yellow River. Faced with the dilemma of the Yellow River,actively seek countermeasures for the treatment of the Yellow River:establish and improve the control system of sewage,increase the comprehensive sewage treatment penalties,actively adjust the industrial structure and advocate water conservation.
