福建省对外贸易方式与就业关系的实证分析

摘　　要：中国(福建)自由贸易试验区自2015年成立以来,不仅带动福建省对外贸易快速发展,亦为“六稳”之首--稳就业助益良多。但在当前经济运行稳中有变、国内外风险挑战增多的背景下,福建省内就业压力加大,对外贸易对就业的影响应受到更多关注。选取福建省对外贸易方式与就业的关系为研究对象并进行实证分析,结果显示:一般贸易出口额在很大程度上促进了福建省的就业,缓解了就业压力。提出了加快一般贸易出口的发展、鼓励加工贸易转型升级、强化中高端产业和提升劳动人口素质等对策建议。Since its founding in 2015,China(Fujian)Pilot Free Trade Zone has not only developed foreign trade,but also contributes to employment in Fujian Province,which is ranked as the top of‘Six priorities’-Ensuring stability in employment,financial operations,foreign trade,foreign investment,domestic investment and expectations.However,the increasing risk and challenges in foreign trade that are threatening the employment of Fujian province require more attention on how foreign trade influences employment.Therefore,the paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between foreign trade pattern and employment in Fujian Province.The result shows that the export of general trade has greatly promoted the employment of Fujian province and alleviated the employment pressure while the export of processing trade and the import of equipment and items in foreign-invested firms have a negative effect on employment.Finally,suggestions are made to accelerate the export of general trade and the transformation and upgrade of processing trade and improve the advantages of midto-high end industries and the quality of labor force.
