摘　　要：医疗保险涉及面广、业务复杂。我国医疗保险制度发展时间较短,发展过程中还有许多问题需要在实践中探索。医疗保险制度在国外已经发展基本成熟,其发展经验可以供我国借鉴。通过对国外医疗保险制度进行分析,结合中国医疗保险制度的实际情况以及存在问题,提出借鉴国外医疗保险制度的先进经验来完善中国的医疗保险制度,进一步建立完善的医疗保险制度体系,促进社会稳定与发展。Medical insurance involves a large number of participants and relevant fields.There are lots of issues arising in the short history in China.We can introduce the mature practices of medical insurance systems in developed countries.This paper based on the analysis of foreign medical insurance systems,combined with the actual situation of China's medical insurance system and existing problems,this paper proposes that in order to promote social stability and development the advanced experience of foreign medical insurance systems should be used to improve China's medical insurance system and further establish a complete medical insurance system.
