一种内方孔拉刀拉削辅具的设计分析

摘　　要：拉刀的设计参数较多,而且每一种参数都有严格的设计标准,按照参数标准设计出来的拉刀的长度较长,这种拉刀在拉削过程中就产生不稳定性,为了消除这种不稳定性,文章完成了拉刀卡头及浮动支撑装置两种拉削辅具的设计,该辅具在实际生产中,可降低拉削误差,有助于提高零件的加工精度。There are many design parameters of broach,and each parameter has strict design standard.The length of broach designed according to parameter standard is longer.In order to eliminate this instability,the design of broach chuck and floating support device is completed.which can reduce the broaching error and improve the machining accuracy of the parts.
