参芪补肾活血方治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨分析参芪补肾活血方治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月~2020年1月我院就诊治疗的糖尿病性骨质疏松患者70例,将70例患者按照随机分组方式分为对照组(35例,采用常规西医治疗)和研究组(35例,在对照组基础上加以参芪补肾活血方治疗),观察两组临床效果。结果研究组临床效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病性骨质疏松患者采用参芪补肾活血方疗效显著,可促使患者临床症状得到有效缓解,促进病情改善,值得推广。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Bushen Huoxue Recipe on diabetic osteoporosis.Methods 70 cases of diabetic osteoporosis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(35 cases,treated with conventional Western Medicine)and study group(35 cases,treated with Shenqi Bushen Huoxue Formula on the basis of the control group)according to the random grouping.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Bushen Huoxue Formula is effective in treating diabetic osteoporosis,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the condition of the patients,and is worth popularizing.
