基于中医传承辅助平台挖掘《仙授理伤续断秘方》治伤用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台,挖掘蔺道人《仙授理伤续断秘方》中治伤组方规律。方法:整理《仙授理伤续断秘方》中的内服方剂,应用中医传承辅助平台管理系统(V2.5)构建组方数据库,并利用该平台的关联规则Apriori算法、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等方法进行数据统计和分析。结果:该书载有内服方剂36首,涉及中药109味,其中用药频次≥10次的中药有9味,所用药物多为辛温之品,主入肝、脾、心、肾经。通过关联规则分析得到15条药物关联规则,衍化得到核心药物组合8个,新处方4首。结论:《仙授理伤续断秘方》强调瘀血致病理论,在治疗上体现出重视补血活血,祛瘀生新,兼以祛风除湿、消肿止痛的用药特点,可为中医骨伤科临床提供参考。Objective:Based on the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,this paper excavates the formulation rule of traumatology prescription in The Secret Formulary for Traumatology and Fracture Taught by Immortal.Methods:Sort out the internal prescription in The Secret Formulary for Traumatology and Fracture Taught by Immortal,construct the database of the prescription by using the management system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),and use the Apriori algorithm of association rules,improved mutual information method and entropy clustering of complex system for data statistics and analysis.Results:36 prescriptions for internal administration were contained in this book,and involved 109 traditional Chinese medicines,of which 9 were used more than 10 times,most of which were belong to pungent and warm,mainly into the liver,spleen,heart and kidney meridians,and 15 drugs association rules were obtained through the analysis of association rules.8 core drugs combinations and 4 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:The Secret Formulary for Traumatology and Fracture Taught by Immortal emphasizes the theory of blood stasis,which shows the characteristics of tonifying blood and activating blood,removing blood stasis and giving birth to new,expelling wind and dampness,detumescence and pain,which can provide reference for orthopedic clinic of traditional Chinese medicine.
