摘　　要：我国西部地区地域辽阔,涵盖了12个省市自治区,与发达的东部沿海地区相比存在明显的差距,而且这种差距在不断扩大,由此困扰中国经济和社会的健康协调发展。针对这一现实问题,中共中央先后提出西部大开发和精准扶贫战略,其目的就是大力开发西部、发展西部,缩小东西部的差距,全面实现小康社会。中华医学会整形外科学分会遵照中华医学会的指示,举办西部行技术帮扶活动,旨在为提高西部地区整形外科技术水平添砖加瓦。该项活动的成功举办得益于来自全国各地的整形外科专家、西部地区同行以及爱心企业的大力支持,我们一定会将该项活动持续举办下去。The western region of China has a vast territory, which recovers twelve provinces, cities and autonomous regions.Compared with the developed eastern coastal areas, it shows a huge gap between the western and eastern region, and this gap is continuously extending. So it perplexes health coordination development of China’s economy and society. In the view of this realistic problem, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China successively presents western region development strategy and accurate poverty alleviation strategy, the aim is to vigorously develop the western region and narrow the difference between the eastern and western region, and realize a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. The Chinese Medical Association Plastic Surgery Branch acts in accordance with the instructions by Chinese Medical Association and holds a series of technology poverty alleviation, it is aimed at doing our bit to improve engineering level of plastic surgery in the western region. These events being successfully held were benefit from strongly support of plastic experts from all parts of China, plastic surgeons from the western region and caring enterprises. We would continue to hold this event.
