曲安奈德和5-氟尿嘧啶混合液注射联合手术切除治疗耳郭瘢痕疙瘩的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评价曲安奈德和5-氟尿嘧啶混合液注射联合手术切除治疗耳郭瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法 选择耳郭疙瘩患者32例,先行瘢痕内切除,缩小瘢痕体积,术后1周给予瘢痕内注射曲安奈德和5-氟尿嘧啶混合液,每2~4周注射1次,共注射6次,疗程3~6个月;治疗后6~24个月随访时对治疗效果进行评价。结果 本组共32例患者,其中治愈20例(62.5%),显效11例(34.4%),无效1例(3.1%),有效率为96.9%。随访6~24个月,皮肤色泽基本正常,外观平整,无瘙痒及疼痛等症状,外观效果较满意。结论 采用曲安奈德和5-氟尿嘧啶混合液注射联合手术切除是治疗耳郭瘢痕疙瘩的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide and 5-fluorouracil mixed injection combined with surgical resection in the treatment of auricular keloids. Methods Thirty-two patients with auricular keloids were selected, and the scars were resected first to reduce the volume of the scar. One week after operation, a mixture of triamcinolone acetonide and 5-fluorouracil was injected into the scar, once every 2 to 4 weeks for a total of 6 injections. The course of treatment was 3 to 6 months. All patients were followed-up from 6 to 24 months after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results There were 32 patients in this group, of which20 cases were cured(62.5%), 11 cases were markedly effective(34.4%), 1 case was ineffective(3.1%) and the effective rate was 96.9%.After 6 to 24 months of follow-up, the skin color was basically normal and the appearance was smooth. There was no itch and pain, and the appearance was satisfactory. Conclusion The mixed injection of triamcinolone acetonide and 5-fluorouracil combined with surgical resection is an effective method for the treatment of auricular keloids.
