高效液相色谱法测定邻苯二甲醛中的有机杂质

摘  要:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定邻苯二甲醛中有机杂质邻苯二甲酸、2-羧基苯甲醛和苯酞等含量的分析方法。采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-AQ色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL/min;检测波长254nm;柱温25℃。实验结果表明,3种物质在质量浓度为0.5~100μg/mL时呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r均大于0.9995,回收率在99%~101%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于2.047%。该方法准确、高效,可用于邻苯二甲醛产品的杂质分析。A HPLC method was developed for the determination of phthalic acid,2-carboxybenzaldehyde and phthalide in ortho-phthalaldehyde.HPLC was used with agilent ZORBAX SB-AQ chromatography column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)as the column and acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid aqueous solution.A gradient elution program at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min was utilized for the separation and determination.The detection wavelength was set at 254nm,and the column temperature was 25℃.The results showed that the calibration curves for them was linear in the range of 0.5~100μg/mL and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.9995.The recoveries were 99%~101%,RSD(n=5)were less than 2.047%.This method is accurate,efficient and can be used for the determination of ortho-phthalaldehyde.
