摘　　要：通过对国内外重要数据库中高原习服对人员健康影响的文献进行检索,筛选符合标准的随机对照实验进行Meta分析,并根据统计学相关理论,就高原习服对急进高原人员健康的影响进行研究。研究采用路易斯湖标准,一共提取了2466名未习服人员与6477名习服人员进入高原地区的症状反应作为对比,通过研究得出未经过习服对进入高原人员健康有较大的影响,最容易出现的症状为头痛(RR=2.35,95%CI=[1.75,3.17]),相对不容易出现的是胃肠道症状(RR=1.00,95%CI=[0.69,1.45])。This meta-analytic review aims to examine the effect of acclimatization on the health of people after rapid access to the plateau.Several databases,including CNKI,Wanfang Data,Web of Science,and Pubmed are searched,and a total of 6 studies are included in this study.From these studies,2466 people in the experimental group(untrained)and 6477 people in the control group(trained)are selected for comparison.The study reveals that plateau acclimatization has a significant impact on the health of people entering the plateau;one of the most obvious symptoms is the headache(RR=2.35,95%CI=[1.75,3.17]),while the gastrointestinal symptom is less likely to occur(RR=1.00,95%CI=[0.69,1.45]).
