摘  要:针对长江中下游流域大直径盾构隧道快速增加、运营安全控制标准不断增高的现状,依托南京五桥夹江隧道,通过三维数值仿真的手段研究了不同变形模式下典型地质区段管片结构的受力特性,并建立了隧道收敛变形与结构承载、防水性能的对应关系,提出不同模式下隧道收敛变形的控制标准。得到的有益结论主要有:(1)“横鸭蛋”变形模式下,结构依次发生混凝土屈服、螺栓屈服、钢筋屈服、接缝张开达8 mm;“竖鸭蛋”变形模式下,结构依次发生混凝土屈服、钢筋屈服、螺栓屈服。(2)可将隧道直径变形比(收敛)作为结构运营安全的控制指标,“横鸭蛋”变形模式下直径变形比不应超过7‰D,而“竖鸭蛋”变形模式下直径变形比则应不应超过3‰D。In view of rapid increase of the large diameter shield tunnel around middle and lower basin of the Yangtze river and higher standard of operational safety requirement,the stress behaviors of segment structure under different deformation modes of typical geological section are studied by means of 3D numerical simulation relying on the Jiajiang tunnel of Nanjing fifth bridge project.The corresponding relationship between the tunnel convergence and structural bearing,waterproof performance is set up.The tunnel convergence control standards under different modes are proposed.The beneficial conclusions are as follows:(1)under the deformation mode of“horizontal duck egg”,concrete yielding,bolt yielding,steel yielding and joint extension reaching 8 mm occurr successively in the structure;under the deformation mode of“vertical duck egg”,concrete yielding,steel yielding and bolt yielding occurr successively in the structure;(2)the tunnel diameter deformation ratio(convergence)could be taken as the control index for the safety of structure operation.Under the deformation mode of“horizontal duck egg”,the diameter deformation ratio should not exceed 7‰D,while under the deformation mode of“vertical duck egg”,the diameter deformation ratio should not exceed 3‰D.
