摘  要:竖向顶管法施工具有对周边环境影响小、施工便利等优点,与普通的水平盾构隧道管片的内力计算不同,在竖向顶管法施工过程中,竖向管节的重力、顶管机朝下的顶升反力、竖向开挖引起的土体卸载等因素会引起水平盾构隧道管片的内力变化,因此,有必要对水平盾构隧道管片的内力计算进行研究。将竖向顶管法中的水平盾构隧道分为开口区、反力区、邻接区、主线隧道区四个区域,基于自由变形法,对施工阶段和运营阶段的管片进行了受力分析,根据不同区域及阶段下管片的受力情况,得到各组荷载作用下的内力计算公式,通过算例进行内力计算分析。结果表明:管片环顶部和底部的弯矩在侧向水平地层压力处的差别最大,其它荷载对引起的顶底部弯矩值差异相对较小;除侧向水平压力外,其它各荷载引起的剪力值在管片环顶部和底部基本呈现出互为相反数的关系。The vertical pipe jacking method has the advantages of little impact on the surrounding environment and convenience in construction.Different from the calculation of the internal force of ordinary horizontal shield tunnel segments,factors including the gravity of the vertical pipe sections,the downward reaction force of the pipe jacking machine,and the soil unloading caused by the vertical excavation will lead to the change of segment lining internal force in the horizontal shield tunnel.Therefore,it is necessary to study the internal force calculation of the horizontal shield tunnel segment.The horizontal shield tunnel in the vertical pipe jacking method is divided into four areas:open area,reaction area,adjacent area,and mainline tunnel area.Based on the free deformation method,the stress analysis of the segments in the construction and operation stages is carried out.Moreover,the internal force calculation formulas under different loads are obtained according to the stress conditions of the segments in different areas and stages.An example is introduced to conduct internal force calculation and analysis.The results show that:the difference between the bending moment of the top and bottom of the segment ring is the largest under the lateral horizontal soil pressure,while that under other loads is relatively small.Except for the lateral horizontal pressure,the shear forces caused by other loads are opposite to each other at the top and bottom of the segment ring.
