摘  要:滇西红层地区泥岩夹砂岩隧道修建中出现的问题较多,尤其是紫红色、浅紫红色薄层状构造的泥岩夹砂岩开挖后迅速风化,引起隧道初期支护结构变形开裂,围岩应力随着时间逐步释放,甚至引起衬砌开裂。薄层状构造的滇西红层对施工安全及结构安全存在不利影响,并严重影响建设工期和工程投资。基于此,文章从薄层状构造的滇西红层对隧道工程的影响和危害等方面,依托大瑞铁路福星隧道施工实例,针对薄层状构造的滇西红层危害,在施工过程中根据初期支护变形监控量测情况,加大开挖预留变形量,选择合适的矢跨比调整衬砌结构及开挖轮廓,调整施工方法和支护参数,实施动态优化设计,安全、顺利地通过了滇西红层地区隧道大变形段落。There are many problems in the construction of mudstone and sandstone tunnels in the red layer area of western Yunnan.Especially the mudstone and sandstones with purple-red and light-purple-thin layered structures are rapidly weathered after excavation,causing deformation and cracking of the initial supporting structure and surrounding rock stress.The gradual stress release over time even causes the lining to crack.The thin layered structure of the western Yunnan red layer has an adverse impact on construction safety and structural safety and serious affect on the construction period and engineering investment.Aiming at the hazard of thin-layered structure of red bed in western Yunnan province,according to the initial supporting deformation monitoring and measurement situation,the amount of reserved deformation is increased based on the engineering example of the Fuxing tunnel in Dali-Ruili railway,appropriate rise-span ratio is selected to adjust the lining and excavation contour,the construction method,and the supporting parameters,to implement observational optimization design,and passing through this area safely and smoothly.
