摘  要:随着城市轨道交通全自动运行(FAO,Fully Automatic Operation)线路的不断增多,乘客信息系统(PIS,Passenger Information System)业务面临着新的发展机遇。分析传统PIS媒体服务现状,针对列车跳停、站台发车、进站停车、清客、火灾等典型FAO场景,提出可与FAO场景联动、能感知行车区间的动态定制媒体服务方案,并对智能媒体调度、行车区间感知等关键技术进行研究;该方案可增强PIS媒体服务的灵活性和针对性,有效改善乘客媒体服务体验。With the increase of urban rail transits operating in the mode of FAO,the development opportunities for new PIS services have been emerging.Based on a status analysis of traditional PIS’media services,a dynamically customized media services scheme of passenger information system for urban rail transit,which can be aware of train running line section and associated with common FAO scenarios including train skip-stop,departure from station platform,arrival at station,out-of-service,station fire and train fire,is proposed.Meanwhile,related key technologies such as intelligent media scheduling and perception of train running line section are studied.The scheme can improve the flexibility and pertinence of PIS’s media services and enhance passengers’experience of the media services.
