口腔外科多椅位诊室空气消毒模式的对比与结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过紫外线空气消毒机、75%乙醇物表配合含氯消毒剂稀释喷洒以及紫外线空气照射,3种空气消毒组合应用模式的效果对比,为确定适合无自然通风口腔外科多椅位诊室的空气消毒方法提供依据。方法在无自然通风条件口腔外科多椅位诊室,选择开展喷溅操作的诊疗区,方法Ⅰ:在紫外线空气消毒机(人体共存)开启下,喷溅操作结束后,临床接触表面使用75%乙醇擦拭物表消毒,即刻进行空气培养,培养位点分别为治疗台、距离治疗台1 m位置和距离治疗台2 m位置。培养方法Ⅱ:方法Ⅰ消毒后,用1000 mg/L含氯消毒液在诊疗区进行喷洒,进行空气培养。方法Ⅲ:方法Ⅱ消毒后,用紫外线消毒灯照射0.5 h,再进行空气培养。结果用χ2检验进行数据统计分析。结果共纳入空气培养30例次,方法Ⅰ10例次,总菌落数占63.30%;方法Ⅱ总菌落数占30.00%;方法Ⅲ10例次总菌落数占30.00%。方法Ⅰ10例次治疗台位点的菌落数比例占42.00%,距离治疗台1 m位点的总菌落数比例占31.00%,距离治疗台2 m位点总菌落数比例占26.00%;方法Ⅱ10例次治疗台位点的总菌落数比例占55.00%,距离治疗台1 m位点的总菌落数比例占33.00%,距离治疗台2 m位点的总菌落数比例占11.00%;方法Ⅲ10例次治疗台位点的总菌落数比例占55.00%,距离治疗台1 m位点的总菌落数比例占33.00%,距离治疗台2 m位点的总菌落数比例占11.00%。3种空气消毒方法比较,结果显示无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论随距操作台距离增加,菌落培养阳性率降低;3种方法培养情况无显著性差异,紫外线空气消毒机(人体共存)可以到达较好的消毒效果,最简单且有效。Objective Through ultraviolet air disinfector,75%alcohol surface with chlorine disinfectant dilution spray and ultraviolet air irradiation,the comparison of the eff ect of three air disinfection combination application modes provides the basis for determining the air disinfection method suitable for multi chair dental clinics without natural ventilation.Method In the multi chair dental clinic without nathral ventilation,the treatment area for splash operation was selected MethodⅠ:After the splash operation,the clinical contact surface was disinfected with 75%alcohol wipe,and the air culture was carried out immediately,the culture sites were treatment table,1 meter away from the treatment table and 2 meters away from the treatment table.Culture methodⅡ:MethodsⅠafter disinfection,the air was disinfected by spraying 1000 mg/L chlorine disinfectant in the diagnosis and treatment area.MethodsⅢ:methodsⅡafter disinfection,after being exposed to ultraviolet light for half an hour,air culture was carried out,results chi spuare test was used for statistical analysis.Result Thirty cases of air culture were included,MethodⅠ10 cases,total colonies 63.30%,MethodⅡtotal colony count 30.00%,MethodsⅢ10 cases total colonies 30.00%,MethodⅠ10 cases,42.00%of the total number of colonies in the treatment table,31.00%of the total colonies were found at the site 1 meter away form the treatment table,26.00%of the total colonies were found at the site 2 meters away form the treatment table;MethodⅡ10 cases,55.00%of the total number of colonies in the treatment table,33.00%of the total colonies were found at the site 1 meter away form the treatment table,11.00%of the total colonies were found at the site 2 meters away form the treatment table;MethodsⅢ10 cases,55.00%of the total number of colonies in the treatment table,33.00%of the total colonies were found at the site 1 meter away form the treatment table,11.00%of the total colonies were found at the site 2 meters away form the treatment table.Comparison of three air d
