复治涂阳肺结核治疗中含左氧氟沙星化疗方案的应用评价

摘　　要：目的临床分析复治涂阳肺结核治疗中含左氧氟沙星化疗方案的应用效果。方法采用回顾性方法分析,取自2019年1月至2019年12月在本院接收治疗的80例复治涂阳肺结核患者,随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组(给予单一抗结核化疗方案治疗)与研究组(在对照组的基础之上给予左氧氟沙星治疗),比较两组患者临床疗效、痰菌转阴时间、空洞闭合时间、肺病灶吸收时间、不良反应。结果研究组患者的临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的痰菌转阴时间、空洞闭合时间、肺病灶吸收时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为7.50%,对照组为5.00%,统计无意义(P>0.05)。结论复治涂阳肺结核患者采用含左氧氟沙星化疗方案治疗,具有较高有效性,可缩短安痰菌转阴时间、空洞闭合时间,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical eff ect of chemotherapy containing levofl oxacin in the retreatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Retrospectively analyzing 80 cases with recurrent smear-positive tuberculosis patients were selected and treated as the research object in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,according to the treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(40 cases,single antituberculosis chemotherapy treatment)and study group(40 cases,on the basis of the control group was given levofl oxacin).Clinical effi cacy,sputum negative turn time,cavity closure time,lung focal absorption time and adverse reactions were compared of patients between the two groups.Results The eff ective rate of clinical treatment in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The sputum negative turning time,cavity closing time and lung lesion absorption time of the study group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(5.00%)was lower than the study group(7.50%),but the diff erence was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).Conclusion Levofl oxacin containing chemotherapy is eff ective in the retreatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients,which can shorten the time of sputum turning negative and the time of cavity closing,and has fewer adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
