早期孕期保健对妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖控制水平及围生结局的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期孕期保健对妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖控制水平及围生结局的作用。方法将我院2018年1月至2018年6月收治的88例妊娠期糖尿病产妇随机分为对照组和研究组,研究组接受早期孕期保健,对照组接受常规孕期指导,比较两组干预前、干预后2个月的血糖指标水平和围生结局。结果干预后2个月研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、产后并发症发生率、新生儿并发症发生率均较对照组低,足月分娩率、阴道分娩率均较对照组高,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期孕期保健能够有效改善妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖水平和围生结局。Objective To explore the effect of early pregnancy health care on blood glucose control and perinatal outcomes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Eighty-eight pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group.The study group received early pregnancy care,while the control group received routine pregnancy guidance.The blood glucose index levels and perinatal outcomes of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results Two months after the intervention,fasting blood glucose,postpartum blood glucose,postpartum complications and neonatal complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the full-term delivery rate and vaginal delivery rate were higher than those in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early pregnancy care can eff ectively improve the blood glucose level and perinatal outcomes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
