摘　　要：目的分析电子计算机断层扫描(CT)在腹部闭合性损伤诊断的应用价值。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月在我院接受治疗的75例腹部闭合性损伤患者,均接受CT、超声诊断,以手术后手术诊断结果为金标准,对两种诊断方法结果以及患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果CT诊断符合率为96.00%,显著高于超声诊断的72.00%(P<0.05);CT对脾(100.00%)、肝脏(100.00%)、胰腺(89.47%)、胃肠道(95.65%)诊断符合率均显著高于超声诊断77.78%、80.00%、57.89%、77.27%(P<0.05)。结论采用CT诊断腹部闭合性损伤,具有更高的临床价值,能够为医护人员提供准确可靠的参考依据。Objective To analyze the value of computed tomography(CT)in the diagnosis of closed abdominal injury.Methods Seventy-fi ve patients with abdominal closed injury who underwent treatment from February 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled in our hospital.All patients underwent CT and ultrasound diagnosis.The results of pathological diagnosis after surgery were the gold standard.The results of the two diagnostic methods and patients were evaluated.Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The coincidence rate of CT diagnosis was 96.00%,which was signifi cantly higher than 72.00%of ultrasound diagnosis(P<0.05).CT to spleen(100.00%),liver(100.00%),pancreas(89.47%),gastrointestinal tract(95.65%)diagnostic coincidence rate was significantly higher than that of ultrasound diagnosis 77.78%,80.00%,57.89%,77.27%(P<0.05).Conclusion CT diagnosis of abdominal closed injury has higher clinical value and can provide accurate and reliable reference for medical staff.
