摘　　要：目的探讨试管婴儿技术(IVF-ET)患者心理情况和护理效果。方法抽取2017年1月至2018年1月于我院接受IVF-ET的患者共480例,采取数字表法随机分成两组,每组各240例,予以对照组患者常规护理,予以观察组常规护理+护理干预,对两组护理效果进行观察。结果本研究中所有患者在躯体化、焦虑、抑郁方面水平显著较国内常模高,差异明显,P<0.05。护理前,两组患者躯体化、强迫症、焦虑、抑郁、偏执以及精神病性方面评分差异不明显,P>0.05;护理后,观察组患者在躯体化、焦虑、抑郁方面的水平显著较对照组低,且顺产人数显著较对照组多,妊娠终止人数显著较对照组少,差异明显,P<0.05。结论IVF-ET患者多伴有不良心理问题,对其采取护理干预能改善其心理状态,使顺产率明显提高,有效控制妊娠终止情况。Objective To evaluate the mental state and nursing eff ect of the patients using IVF-ET(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer).Methods Four hundred and eighty patients underwent IVF-ET from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,240 cases in each group.The control group was served with routine nursing;the observation group was served with routine nursing and nursing interventions.The nursing eff ect of the two groups was observed.Results The scores of somatization,anxiety and depression were signifi cantly higher than national norm(P<0.05);before nursing,the scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder,anxiety,depression,paranoid and psychosis between groups were not signifi cantly diff erent(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of somatization,anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those of control group;the natural labor rate in the observation group was higher than that of control group while the termination pregnancy rate was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During IVF-ET,patients are prone to have negative emotions.However,the nursing interventions can improve their mental state and natural labor rate,and reduce the termination pregnancy rate.
