品管圈活动中实施PDCA对提高小儿鼾症手术围手术期护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的分析探讨品管圈活动中实施戴明环(plan-do-check-act,PDCA)对提高小儿鼾症手术围手术期护理满意度的影响。方法从2018年1月至2018年12月在本院接受小儿鼾症手术治疗的患儿中选择50例纳入研究,将其随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组配合实施PDCA循环管理,对比两组患儿的临床护理效果。结果观察组患儿术中出血量、住院时间以及白膜脱落时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对于护理服务的满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动中实施PDCA,可以有效提升小儿鼾症手术围手术期护理满意度,有利于改善患儿预后。Objective To analyze the eff ect of PDCA on the improvement of perioperative nursing satisfaction in children with sputum sputum.Methods Fifty patients were enrolled in the study from January 2018 to December 2018 in the hospital for pediatric sputum surgery.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with PDCA circulation management to compare the clinical nursing eff ects of the two groups.Results Several basic indicators such as intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,and leucorrhea time were signifi cantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the family members of the observation group for the nursing service was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA in the quality control circle can eff ectively improve the perioperative nursing satisfaction of pediatric snoring surgery and improve the prognosis of children.
