摘　　要：目的探讨规范急诊护理程序对重症高血压患者的临床意义。方法80例重症高血压患者均于大连市友谊医院急诊科进行治疗,时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,随机分为试验组(n=40,规范急诊护理程序进行护理)与对照组(n=40,进行常规护理)。比较两组患者在急诊室的平均停留时间、疾病正确诊断时间、血压控制时间以及临床有效率。结果试验组患者的各项时间指标、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对重症高血压患者采取规范急诊护理程序效果显著,可以有效提高临床有效率,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical significance of standardizing emergency nursing procedures for patients with severe hypertension.Methods All 80 patients with severe hypertension were treated in the emergency department of Dalian Municipal Friendship Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into a experimental group(n=40,standardized emergency care procedures for nursing)and a control group(n=40,for routine care).The average stay time in the emergency room,the time of correct diagnosis,the time of blood pressure cotrol and the clinical effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The time indicators and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of standardized emergency nursing procedures for patients with severe hypertension is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical efficiency and improve nursing satisfaction.
