细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果。方法本次研究共纳入84例患者,时间为2017年2月至2019年2月,将患者信息输入Excel表格,按照住院号分组,单数住院号为对照组,行常规护理,偶数住院号为试验组,行细节护理。比较两组患者护理安全考核评分、护患纠纷发生率、风险事件发生率、护理满意度。结果试验组护理安全考核评分、护患纠纷发生率、风险事件发生率、护理满意度的分析结果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理在手术室护理安全中疗效显著,可有效降低护患纠纷及风险事件发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application eff ect of detail nursing in ensuring nursing safety in operating room.Methods A total of 84 patients were enrolled from February 2017 to February 2019.The information of the patients was input into the Excel table,and the patients were grouped according to the number of admission.The singular number of admission was the control group for routine nursing,and the even number of admission was the experimental group for detailed nursing.The data of nursing safety assessment score,incidence of nurse-patient disputes,incidence of risk events and nursing satisfaction were analyzed statistically and compared of two groups.Results The experimental group nursing safety assessment score,the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,the incidence of risk events,nursing satisfaction analysis results were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail nursing in operating room nursing safety eff ect is signifi cant,can eff ectively reduce the incidence of nurse patient disputes and risk events,improve nursing satisfaction.
