有机磷农药中毒患者实施护理心理干预的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨有机磷农药中毒患者实施护理心理干预的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年5月至2019年12月收治的44例不同程度的有机磷农药中毒患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=22,实施常规护理)和干预组(n=22,在对照组的基础上采取心理护理干预)。比较两组患者的治疗依从性、胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间、住院时间和焦虑、抑郁发生率。结果干预组治疗依从率(95.45%)显著高于对照组(77.27%),胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间及住院时间显著少于对照组,焦虑、抑郁的发生率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论有机磷农药中毒患者实施心理护理干预,患者的胆碱酯酶活性复原时间、住院时间、治疗依从率、焦虑抑郁的发生率均起到缩短或降低作用,有利于患者的心理健康,对患者社会生活的自信心建立有明显的帮助作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing psychological intervention in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods In this study,44 patients with diff erent degrees of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(n=22,routine care)and an intervention group(n=22,psychological nursing intervention was adopted on the basis of the control group).The treatment compliance,cholinesterase activity recovery time,hospital stay and the incidence of anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of the intervention group(95.45%)was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(77.27%),the recovery time of cholinesterase activity and the length of hospital stay were signifi cantly less than those of the control group,and the incidence of anxiety and depression was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group.The diff erence was signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients implement psychological nursing intervention,the recovery time of the patient's cholinesterase activity,the length of hospitalization,the treatment compliance rate,and the incidence of anxiety and depression all play a role in shortening or reducing the incidence of patients'mental health and social establishing self-confi dence in life can obviously help.
