人文关怀护理对直肠癌结肠造瘘口患者围手术期自我护理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在直肠癌结肠造瘘口患者围手术期实施人文关怀护理的效果及对患者自我护理能力的影响。方法在2018年1月至2019年12月入院接受治疗的66例直肠癌结肠造瘘口患者进行分组护理,依据数字表法分组后进行护理服务,对照组33例采取常规护理,观察组33例则增加实施人文关怀护理,比较两组护理效果。结果护理后观察组患者的自我护理能力评分(94.47±2.83)分、SAS评分(36.73±3.45)分、SDS评分(36.11±2.92)分均优于对照组的(80.26±3.15)、(39.51±2.18)、(40.16±1.48)分(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率(96.67%)、诊疗依从率(90.91%)均高于对照组的75.76%、66.67%(P<0.05)。结论在直肠癌结肠造瘘口患者围手术期实施人文关怀护理有利于提高患者的自我护理能力,提高患者的诊疗依从性以及护理满意度,改善患者心态,应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the eff ect of humanistic care in perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer colostomy and its infl uence on patients'self-care ability.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,66 cases of patients with colorectal cancer colostomy admitted for treatment were given nursing care in groups,and nursing services were provided after grouping according to the number table method.33 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,while 33 cases in the observation group were given humanistic care to compare the nursing eff ect.Results After nursing,the selfcare ability score(94.47±2.83),SAS score(36.73±3.45)and SDS score(36.11±2.92)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(80.26±3.15),(39.51±2.18),(40.16±1.48)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate(96.67%)and treatment compliance rate(90.91%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 75.76%and 66.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care in perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer colostomy is beneficial to improve the patients'self-care ability,improve the patients'treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,improve the patients'mentality,with high application value.
