优质化护理在甲状腺结节患者围手术期的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质化护理在甲状腺结节患者围手术期的效果。方法选择80例甲状腺结节患者为试验对象,选择单双号随机化分组,每组各40例。观察组与对照组分别选择围手术期优质化护理、常规护理。结果观察组SF-36评分(94.88±1.36)分、SUPPH评分(121.28±4.98)分高于对照组,SDS评分(12.02±1.68)分、SAS评分(11.10±1.94)分、总并发症发生率(5.00%)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺结节患者围手术期间实施优质化护理效果显著,可缓解负性情绪与疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To explore the eff ect of high-quality nursing in patients with thyroid nodules during the perioperative period.Methods Eighty patients with thyroid nodules were selected as the test subjects,single and double number randomized groups were selected,40 cases in each.The observation group and the control group were given high-quality nursing and routine nursing.Results The observation group SF-36 score(94.88±1.36),SUPPH score(121.28±4.98)were higher than the control group,SDS score(12.02±1.68),SAS score(11.10±1.94),total complications the rate(5.00%)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the perioperative operation of thyroid nodules,attention to quality nursing is signifi cant,can relieve negative emotions and pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complication.
