腹腔镜下异位妊娠手术患者术后实施护理干预对降低并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下异位妊娠手术患者术后实施护理干预对降低并发症发生率的影响。方法选择40例腹腔镜下异位妊娠手术患者为试验对象,按照单双号随机将患者分为两组,每组各20例。观察组注重全程护理,对照组采用常规护理。结果观察组患者导尿管拔除时间、肛门排气时间、术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率、SDS评分、SAS评分低于对照组,自我概念评分,健康知识水平、自我护理技能评分、自我责任感评分、ESCA总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强腹腔镜下异位妊娠手术患者全程护理,可降低并发症。Objective To explore the eff ect of postoperative nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of complications in patients with laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy.Methods Forty patients with laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.The observation group paid attention to the whole course nursing,while the control group adopted routine nursing.Results In the observation group,the catheter removal time,anal exhaust time,ambulation time,the incidence of complications,SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.In the observation group,the self-concept score,health knowledge level,self-care skill score,self responsibility score and ESCA total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the whole course nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy under laparoscope can reduce the complications.
