胫骨平台骨折术后早期康复护理对膝关节功能康复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨平台骨折术后早期康复护理对膝关节功能康复的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月在我院进行胫骨平台骨折手术的88例患者,以抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组实施早期康复护理,对两组患者康复效果进行比较。结果研究组美国纽约特种外科医院(Hospital for Special Surgery,HSS)评分、胫骨平台内翻角(tibial plateau angle,TPA)、胫骨平台后倾角(posterior angle,PA)、膝关节活动度(range of motion,ROM)等指数均优于对照组,恢复时间均短于对照组,疼痛评分少于对照组,恢复优良率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对胫骨平台骨折术后患者采取早期康复护理可有效改善其膝关节功能,减少疼痛感,对提高临床疗效具有重要的价值。Objective To explore the eff ect of early rehabilitation nursing on the functional rehabilitation of knee joint after tibial plateau fracture operation.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,88 patients with tibial plateau fracture were divided into control group and study group by drawing lots.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given early rehabilitation nursing.Results Research group New York Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)score,tibial plateau varus angle(tibial plateau angle,TPA),tibial plateau posterior angle(PA),knee joint range of motion(range of motion,ROM)and other indexes are better than the control group,the recovery time is shorter than the control group,the pain score is lower than the control group,the recovery rate is signifi cantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with tibial plateau fracture can eff ectively improve their knee joint function and reduce pain,which is of great value in improving clinical eff ect.
