延续性护理对老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理对老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的干预效果。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月于我院进行治疗的老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者134例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=67,实施常规护理)和观察组(n=67,在对照组基础上辅以延续性护理)。评估比较两组患者干预后的生活质量、血糖控制情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者干预后生活质量各项评分、血糖控制情况和护理满意度均明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论将延续性护理应用在老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者中,可以显著地提高患者的生活质量,改善患者的血糖情况,提高患者对护理的满意度。Objective To explore the interventional effect of continuous nursing on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 134 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(n=67,routine care)and an observation group(n=67,supplemented by continuous care on the basis of the control group).The quality of life,blood glucose control after the intervention and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The scores of quality of life,blood sugar control and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group after intervention,with statistical signifi cance(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension can signifi cantly improve the quality of life of patients,improve the blood glucose situation of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
