摘 要:为全面了解浙江电网谐波污染情况,开展了全省范围内的谐波污染源调查。对工业企业、风电、光伏、轨道交通等谐波污染源进行分类统计,给出典型用户的谐波特性试验数据。回顾了牵引站、海上风电,电网换流站等大型的污染源发展,并简要介绍未来发展规划。总结了谐波导致浙江电网、用户设备损害的典型案例,简要分析了工业聚集区电容器损坏、钢铁厂干扰风机运行、特定组数双调谐滤波器运行情况下换流站背景谐波放大、柔性配电网高频谐波传导等异常和事故,提出技术改善措施建议。In order to understand the harmonic pollution in Zhejiang power grid,the investigation of harmonic pollution sources is carried out.Industrial enterprises,wind power,photovoltaic,rail transportation and other harmonic pollution sources are classified and counted.The harmonic characteristic test data of typical users are given.The development of large pollution sources such as traction station,offshore wind power station and power grid converter station is reviewed,and the future development plan is briefly introduced.This paper summarizes the typical cases of harmonics causing damage to Zhejiang power grid and users'equipment and accidents such as capacitor damage in the industrial gathering area,windfarm disturbance by steelwork,background harmonic amplification in converter station with double-tuned filters,high-frequency harmonic conduction in flexible distribution and proposes technical improvement suggestions.
