摘　　要：本文针对当前各地智慧社区建设的现状出发,结合智慧社区建设中的相关问题,从通信基础设施、公共应用、智慧家庭应用、智能环保、党建与政务服务、保障体系等6个方面提出了智慧社区建设的关键指标,并对智慧社区标准化体系的建设进行了初步探讨,提出了可行性建议,以期在智慧社区建设和相关配套产品开发中发挥其规范性和导向性作用,促进智慧社区建设和配套产业良性互动发展。Based on the status quo of smart community construction and its related problems,this paper proposes that the key indicators of smart community that are consisted of six indicators:communications infrastructure,public application,smart home application,smart environment protection,the Party building and the government affairs services,and security system.In order to standardize the construction of smart community,facilitate the development of related products,as well as promote the positive interaction between smart community construction and its supporting industries,this paper provides a preliminary analysis of the standardization for smart community construction.Some suggestions are also provided in regards to smart community construction in this paper.
