摘　　要：信用在创新监管机制、提升监管能力和水平方面发挥着基础性作用,交通运输信用体系建设对于推进交通运输行业治理能力和治理体系现代化,助力加快建设交通强国具有重要意义。标准化是信用体系建设的重要基础和技术保障,通过梳理交通运输信用标准化发展现状,分析交通运输行业存在的信用标准化现实需求,以江苏省交通运输信用标准体系建设实践为参考,剖析了江苏省交通运输信用标准体系建设的基本原则和总体框架,为开展交通运输信用标准化工作提供了先行经验和有益探索。最后,提出了交通运输信用标准化工作实施的相关建议。Credit plays a fundamental role in innovating supervision mechanism and improving supervision ability and level.Establishing the transportation credit system is of great significance to modernize governance capacity and governance system of transportation industry and accelerate the construction of a powerful transportation country.Standardization is an important foundation and technical support for building up the credit system.By analyzing the development situation of transportation credit standardization and current demands of credit standardization in transportation industry,the paper defines basic principles and overall framework of the construction of Jiangsu province transportation credit standards system by referring to the practice of Jiangsu transportation credit standards system,which provides a leading transportation credit standardization work experience and beneficial exploration.Finally,some suggestions on the implementation of transportation credit standardization are put forward.
