摘　　要：本文简述了NQI各要素计量、标准、合格评定(包括认证认可、检验检测)的内涵及国内现状,结合目前存在的问题,在NQI参与者政府、监管部门、市场、企业和消费者等方面探讨了国家质量提升的举措。This paper briefly describes the connotation and the domestic status quo of NQI,which is measurement,standards,conformity assessment(including certification,inspection and testing).Combined with the existing problems,it d iscusses t he m easures o n n ational q uality i mprovement i n t he a spects of N QI’s p articipants i n t he g overnment,regulatory authorities,markets,enterprises and consumers.
