摘　　要：本文描述了南通市"3+3"重点产业质量基础公共服务平台系统构建过程,结合南通市实情从理论上分析质量基础公共服务平台的系统构成,揭示平台各要素之间的相互联系,阐释平台建设的可行性,对通通检平台系统构建进行了探索。This paper describes the construction process of"3+3"key industry quality infrastructure public service platform system in Nantong.Combined with the actual situation of Nantong city,it theoretically analyzes the system composition of the quality infrastructure public service platform,reveals the interrelationship between the various elements of the platform,explains the feasibility of the platform construction,and explores the construction of the general inspection platform system.
