摘　　要：本文分析了金属材料检测样品制备的重要性、要求和质量控制难点,并针对金属材料检测机构样品制备普遍外协,制样要求无法便捷准确地传达,制样质量严重依赖机加工厂的经验和理解力的现状,给出了解决方案。即通过对产品标准和方法标准的解读分析,绘制覆盖所有项目的全套样品制备图纸,并对产品-规格-项目-样品图纸进行了映射逻辑管理,开发样品制备信息管理系统,实现样品制备全流程的信息管理和质量控制。This paper analyzes the importance,requirements and quality control of metal material testing sample preparation.At present,the sample preparation is generally external cooperation processing,and the sample preparation requirements are difficult to convey,and the sample quality depends on the experience and comprehension ability of the processing plant.This paper provides a solution for this problem,that is establishing a full set of sample preparation drawings covered all the test items and conducting the mapping logic management on the product-specification-test itemsample drawings by analyzing the product and method standards.It also develops the sample preparation information management system,and realizes the information management and quality control of the sample preparation.
