摘 要:【目的】研究密度、棉太金(质量分数27.5%胺鲜·甲哌钅翁)化控对小麦后直播棉功能叶生理特征、成铃特征的影响。【方法】研究于2011―2012年在扬州大学进行,以特早熟品种国欣早11-1为材料,小麦收获后直播种植。以密度和棉太金化控为试验因素,采用随机区组设计。【结果】当密度为10.5万株·hm-2、棉太金用量为1170 mL·hm-2时,群体成铃最多,且8月31日前成铃数也高。回归分析进一步表明,7月15日、7月30日、8月15日棉株功能叶的SPAD值、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离氨基酸含量与8月31日的成铃数呈显著或极显著的开口向下抛物线关系。表明棉株叶片保持适宜的碳氮生理活性有利于优质桃的形成。【结论】长江流域小麦后直播棉采用高密度(10.5万株·hm-2)种植并结合棉太金化控(1170 mL·hm-2),有利于形成优质铃,且叶片碳氮生理活性适宜。[Objective]The aim of this research is to study the effects of planting density and Miantaijin(diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate·mepiquat chloride of mass fraction 27.5%)chemical control on physiological leaf characteristics and boll setting characteristics of direct-seeded cotton after wheat harvest.[Method]In 2011―2012,the early-maturing variety Guoxinzao 11-1 was used as the experimental material.The study was conducted in Yangzhou University in 2011―2012 under the direct-seeded after wheat harvest cropping system,and the randomized complete block design was arranged with planting densities and Miantaijin rates.[Result]Under the density 105000 plant·hm-2 combined with 1170 mL·hm-2 Miantaijin,the boll setting was mainly concentrated before August 31.The SPAD value,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,free amino acid content on July 15,July 30,August 15 of direct-seeded cotton after wheat harvest showed significant or extremely significant open-down parabola relationship with the number of bolls before August 31.It indicates that keeping the appropriate level of carbon and nitrogen physiological activity in cotton leaves is beneficial to high-quality bolls.[Conclusion]High density(105000 plant·hm-2)combined with proper Miantaijin control(1170 mL·hm-2)would contribute to forming quality bolls of direct-seeded cotton after wheat harvest,and the physiological activities of leaf carbon and nitrogen are suitable.
