干预研究中保真度的意义、测量及其控制:以“让我们做朋友-陕西”为例

摘　　要：在干预研究的语境下,保真度是指一个干预项目按照计划实施的程度。保真度的测量与控制是干预研究的要素之一,它在项目设计、测试、发展和推广的各个环节都发挥着不可替代的作用,是干预研究科学性的保障。影响保真度的因素主要来自干预实施者和干预实施环境。干预研究设计应当提供保真度的测量方法,并通过一系列控制措施以提高保真度。"让我们做朋友-陕西"在保真度的测量与控制方面做出了有效的探索,项目针对项目内容和实施方式进行保真度的测量,并通过使用抽样避免"溢出"效应、提供详尽的操作手册、对干预实施人员的培训与辅导、对项目实施环境相关人员的辅导与培训四种方法有效控制保真度,保证项目实施质量,提升项目评估结果的有效性。Fidelity is defined as the degree to which an intervention was implemented as it was prescribed in the original protocol or as it was intended by the program developers.The measurement and monitor of fidelity are critical parts of integrated intervention research and give a significant guarantee of the level of scientific research.The“Let's Be Friends-Shaanxi”program is an efficacy trial of the“Let's Be Friends”program in rural China.Fidelity got high attention in the implementation.Two questionnaires were used to measure the fidelity.Four strategies were used to ensure the fidelity:using a blocked matched clusters design with random sampling to avoid spillover effects,providing a set of precise teaching materials,training and assisting the intervention agents,training and communicating with the stakeholders.
