摘  要:专业关系的建立是社会工作实务的基石,而本土实践却不免遭遇双重关系的质疑和反思。"让我们做朋友-河北"项目显示,具体时空情境下专业关系在保持单一性的同时彰显出服务提供者专业自我的多重意涵,以及专业维度、师生维度和朋友/伙伴维度的多重交织。专业关系的建构是情境化的,其策略主要体现在沟通与联结、称呼的选择和离别情绪的处理三个方面。伴随着服务的推进,专业关系也遭遇了不同挑战,包括平等关系与合理秩序的难以协调,以及差别化关系与均等化关系的平衡难题。有赖于充分且有度的人文关怀、情感投入和界限维持,服务提供者将多样的情境化策略应用于专业关系的建立与维持,积极促进了服务的顺利开展和效果达成。The professional relationship is the basis of social work practice,while local practices often face the challenge of dual relationships.Based on the"Let's be friends-Hebei"project,this paper reveals that the relationship between service providers and their clients within a specific context indicates multiple meanings of professional self and the intersection of diverse dimensions,including professional dimension,teacher-student dimension,and friend dimension.The construction of the professional relationship is situated,and its strategies mainly include communication and connection,choice of title,and ways to deal with termination.During the practices,professional relationship is challenged by difficulties in negotiation between equal relationship and the order,as well as the imbalance between differentiated relationship and equal relationship.Depending on the proper humanistic concern,emotional input,and boundary-maintenance,service providers adopt diverse situated strategies to build and sustain professional relationships.It facilitates the process of service and the achievement of project goals.
